The Shipping Process

Idle Stuff is located in General Santos City way in the bottom of the Philippines. While we are famous for world renowned boxer Manny Pacquiao and HUGE Yellowfin Tuna, we aren't located anywhere near cheap options for international postage. 

In order to provide a low-cost shipping solution for our book dragons, we have to ship our parcels to a shipping facility in Manila--Inline Forwarders, they are partnered with DHL and as such, they are able to provide DHL's postal shipping service for items starting at 10g.

While your orders are usually finished and packed within 3-5 days, we have to forward the packages to InLine's shipping facility in Manila which usually takes up to a week at most. Once the packages are received there, they get back to us with the tracking details and are dispatched within three days.

Parcels generally take 15 business days (excluding weekends, holidays and weather interruptions) to arrive and be delivered to you once dispatched from Manila.

Please keep an eye on your tracking details. IF there are any difficulties with delivery please let us know immediately, once a parcel has been tagged as returned to sender, we have to wait a minimum of three months before it gets returned to us. After which time, we'll be charging an extra shipping fee to re-ship your order.
