Candle Care 101

Soy candles sure are lovely but they can also be incredibly hazardous; as is always with things that require fire. While Idle disclaims any claims to damages in the event that our candles are involved in accidents when improper handling and care is the reason, here are some things you should remember to avoid any unwanted losses.   Trim your wick regularly before and after use. Sure, unpacking bookmarks isn’t exactly rocket science; but we still highly suggest you read these steps to avoid damaging your bookmarks while unpacking. More About the Shipping Process

Idle is located in General Santos City, at the near bottom of the Philippines and we are very far from cheap options for international shipping. Which is why all of our international shipments need to travel for 3-5 days to our forwarding facility in Manila.   From there, it is forwarded to the international destination through our courier; Xend which you can access through www.xend.com.ph    International shipping takes anywhere from 15 to 30 business days.
